User Agreement Introduction

Our online store Power Card welcomes you and informs you that the following are the terms and conditions governing your use of this store and all legal effects resulting from your use of the store’s services through this electronic platform.

Any person’s use of the store—whether as a consumer of a service, a product, or otherwise—constitutes their full acceptance and consent, with full legal capacity recognized under Sharia, regulatory, and legal systems, to all terms and provisions of this agreement. This confirms your commitment to its rules and contents.

This agreement applies to all types of transactions between the consumer and the store and becomes effective and legally binding immediately upon your acceptance and registration in the store, pursuant to Article 10 of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.

Article One – Introduction and Definitions

The above introduction forms an integral part of this agreement. The following definitions apply to key terms used herein:

1. Store: Includes all forms of the store on the internet, whether as a mobile application, website, or physical commercial outlet.
2. Consumer: Any person engaging in e-commerce for the purpose of obtaining products or services offered by the store through its electronic platform.
3. Agreement: Refers to these Terms and Conditions that govern and regulate the relationship between the parties to this agreement.

Article Two – Legal Capacity of the Consumer

1. The consumer acknowledges that they have full legal capacity recognized under Sharia and applicable laws to deal with the store, or that they are at least eighteen (18) years old.
2. The consumer agrees that any violation of this article makes them fully responsible for the consequences before third parties.

Article Three – Nature of the Store’s Obligation

1. The store’s obligation toward consumers is limited to providing the service or product.
2. The store may provide additional services, such as after-sales services or other related services, depending on the nature and type of the requested service or product.

Article Four – Usage Regulations

1. The consumer undertakes to use the store’s electronic platform in compliance with public morals and the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. The consumer undertakes not to use any purchased service or product in any manner that violates public morals or applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article Five – Accounts and Registration Obligations

Upon applying for membership as a user of the store, you are required to disclose specific information and choose a username and a confidential password to access the store’s services. Accordingly, you agree to the following:

1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and must immediately notify the store of any unauthorized use or security breach.
2. The store shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect, material or moral losses resulting from the disclosure of the consumer’s username or password.
3. You are obligated to use your account personally and bear full responsibility for it. Any use by another person is deemed authorization granted by you.
4. You commit to using the store with seriousness and credibility.
5. You commit to providing true, accurate, up-to-date, complete, and lawful information during registration and to updating it when necessary.
6. The store commits to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal data and contact details.
7. If the store determines that you have provided false, inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, unlawful, or non-compliant information, it has the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel your membership or account without prejudice to its other legal rights.
8. Failure to comply with any of the above entitles the store’s management to suspend or cancel your membership or deny you access to the store’s services.

Article Six – Electronic Communications and Official Contact Methods

1. The parties agree that communication shall take place via the email address registered on the platform.
2. The consumer agrees that all electronic agreements, notices, statements, and communications shall have the same legal effect as written communications.
3. The consumer agrees that the store may notify them of matters related to this agreement through public or targeted electronic messages.

Article Seven – Amendments to the Terms of Use and Fees

1. The invalidity or cancellation of any article or clause shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in force until further notice.
2. This agreement, as amended from time to time, constitutes the operational mechanism and understanding between the consumer and the store.
3. The store may impose fees on certain consumers depending on offers, products, services, or government-imposed taxes or fees.
4. The store reserves the right to add, increase, decrease, or waive any fees in accordance with these Terms of Use.

Article Eight – Payment and Settlement Services

1. The store provides payment and settlement services through its partners, either fully online or through any payment method made available from time to time.
2. The store commits to pricing services or products according to prevailing market value.
3. The store commits to providing invoices and receipts for all transactions and issuing a purchase invoice to the consumer.
4. The store commits to applying recognized accounting standards in its electronic store in compliance with this agreement.

Article Nine – Intellectual Property

1. All intellectual property rights of the store are wholly owned by Power Card, whether acquired before or after the establishment of the electronic platform.
2. The consumer undertakes to respect the store’s intellectual property rights, including the store name, trademarks, logos, symbols, and all related rights.

Article Ten – Store Liability

1. The store commits to conducting its business through the electronic platform in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the provisions of this agreement.
2. The store shall not be liable for any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or caused by the consumer or third parties such as shipping companies.
3. Power Card, its employees, owners, and representatives commit that the products or services provided are lawful, authorized, and used for legitimate purposes in accordance with Saudi laws.

Article Eleven – Restriction of Access or Membership

The store may suspend or terminate a consumer’s membership or restrict access to the platform’s services at any time, without prior notice and for any reason.

Article Twelve – Governing Law

This Terms of Use Agreement is governed by and drafted in accordance with the laws, regulations, and legislation in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is subject entirely to the jurisdiction of Saudi authorities.

Article Thirteen – General Provisions

If any provision of this agreement becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and effective until further notice.

This agreement, as amended from time to time, constitutes the full agreement and contractual framework between the store and the consumer. The parties acknowledge the following:

1. Arabic is the governing language for interpretation and in case of translation.
2. All prices displayed are subject to change from time to time.
3. Promotional and marketing offers are temporary and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
4. The parties commit to lawful and Sharia-compliant dealings.
5. This agreement may only be terminated by a decision issued by the store’s management.

Account Deletion Steps

1. Open the application and log in to your account.
2. Go to the “Account” or “Settings” tab.
3. Log in if required.
4. Click on “Edit Account” or “Manage Account”.
5. Scroll down to view your account details.
6. Click on “Delete Account”.
7. Carefully read the warning message regarding permanent deletion.
8. Click “Confirm Deletion” to proceed.

Important Notes:

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• Make sure to save any important data before deleting your account.
• If you encounter any issues, contact the application support team.

Additional Tips:

• Change your password if you are concerned about account security.
• You may also contact support to request account deletion.

Order Exchange

Due to the sensitive nature of digital products, no refunds or exchanges are permitted after purchase under any circumstances, except in the case of a defect in the product or card within 2–5 business days. In such cases, compensation will be provided in the form of a replacement code of equal value.
